Running from the famous Spanish Arch up to the lively spots on Quay Street, The Latin Quarter extends around St Nicholas’ Church and Middle Street. Our accommodation is located just a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk from NUI Galway. The bus routes 404 and 405 pick up just a 10 minute walk from the hotel and will bring you to NUIG in 5 minutes. GMIT is located a 10 minute drive or 45 minute walk. Alternatively, the bus route 402, also located a ten minute walk from The House Hotel, will bring you to the IT in 20 minutes.

Getting to The House Hotel
Train: Galway train station is located a 10 minute walk from The House Hotel. The station has routes to and from Dublin Heuston, as well as to and from Limerick and Clare. These train routes also serve key towns around the county.
Bus: Regular Bus Eireann bus services operate from both Dublin Airport and Dublin City. Buses also operate to Shannon Airport and Clare, as well as the North/West and Northern Ireland.
Air: Shannon Airport is 1hr drive or 1hr 50 mins bus journey from The House Hotel (94km). Dublin Airport is 2hr 10 drive or 3hr bus journey from us (214km)
